#30dayfoodphotochallenge Day 24 - Shrimp Bao Buns
Bao Buns are great.
Tehyre really easy to steam up, and you can fill them with anything.
Most of the time I full them with spicy crab, but when i want to get serious I tempura some shrimp and make a sweet and spicy sauce.
I also like how imperfect they come out.
I imagine that the top of the buns stuck to the steamer, but whatever.
Cooking is never perfect.
